Sir/Madam,
I am, Sunil Pattnaik, studying CA, married to S.Madhurima .She is a Chartered Accountant. We got married(love marriage) in 11th May 07(secretly in a temple in Chennai). After that our families approved in Aug 31st 07. After marriage she came to Hyderabad and got a job in Karvy HO.I used to come Hyderabad and after Oct I came here to stay permanently. In Dec we came to know that she is pregnant .So she went to her home town,Tirupati. During her check up on 3rd Jan 08 she came to know that she is HIV+. She informed me via phone so on the next day I came to know that I am also suffering from HIV+. Then on 12th Jan she had done abortion in Tirupati.
For abortion her uncle who is a lawyer in Tirupati told me to send an undertaking regarding hiv+ and abortion. I had done the same. On 15th Jan 08 she came to Hyderabad, not our home, and living separately. While going to her home, in Tirupati, she took all her belongings and even marriage photographs.
From 15th Jan 08 onwards she is putting following allegations and threateningâ"
EITHER
1-She will use dowry harassment case against me and my family stating that we have taken from her 10 lacs rupees.
But it is a love marriage and we donâ™t have taken any gift or money from her.
2-She will file another case stating that I and my family have known the fact of HIV+. We knowingly, only for money, get the marriage done. Regarding evidence she has some blood reports which she has (she has a lot of gynic problems) so she will file a cheating case…
I donâ™t have any blood reports. Only I had done a blood donation in 30th June 07 for Rotary Club and ICAI in Chennai. Till now I am very healthy person.
3-She will kill my brother and brother in law. So she is sending threatening messages to all of us.
4-She is coming to our apartments and shouting that âœSunil is HIV patientâ. So that she can defame to our families. Now she has informed some of our friends. It is only to make us isolated.
5-She is giving threatening calls to my parents who are very old persons. Their health condition is also not good. The reason is that we should face some financial difficulty.
OR
1-I have to agree, in writing, that —I have HIV long before and knowingly I have cheated her.
2-I have to stay separately from my near and dear. My brother or father has to give 10000/- to 15000/- per month
But my father is retired government employee and he canâ™t pay money. My brother is the sole earner of our family. He canâ™t afford that much amount.
3-She is earning nearly 30000/- which she will give to her mother. All expenses (of staying separate) have to borne by my brother.
Family background:-
Her father, uncle and aunty are in police department. Her maternal uncles (2) are Lawyers.
We are new to Hyderabad because recently my brother got the job and so our parents came to Hyderabad to stay .I am studying in Chennai. All our family expenses are borne by my brother. My sister is married and she is a school teacher. My brother in law is working in a software company. My nephew is 5yrs old.
So we are afraid to lodge a police complaint also. We have consulted with a lawyer. He is telling us to wait for some time and then he will send some notice to them. But for all of us everyday are a horror and every moment is a terrified moment.

Now I came to know that she has some extramarital relationships with three guys whom I know. But she is telling me to show some strong evidence like in bed with some bad postures, than only she will give divorce in mutual concern. Or else stay with her and accept all her relationships.
We are helpless and we are not able to do anything.
Please HELP US.
