Comments: We were married for 8 years when the dowry and divorce case were filed in 2004.We are divorced in 2005 but the dowry case has just started.
Till last March ‘08 we were in contact with each other either on the phone or through the e-mail on friendly terms.I have appeared in the court of law this July and i am out on bail now.
She doesnt stay in India now. She wont be coming to pursue this false case anymore but how long will this case hang on to me before my innocence is proved and i become a free man.Becuase this case is affecting my professional career as well as my psychological condition.

She does not live in India? So where does she live? You can report the matter to the police in the country where she is living. Try it via the Indian police to start with. Otherwise you might as well write directly to the police in the country where she is living. Get that message across to her and she will realise the big error she made to get you arrested and then not willing to follow it up. Your claim for a big sum of money from her can be in order.
