Comments: my brotherwife committed suicide just after spending 16 days in sierra leone . she was having a return ticket . if she was not happy she could have told me and my wife. we r in sierra leone from last 8 yrs working for a different company and staying differently . in india her parents instead of coming here and investigating filed false allegations on our parents and they spent 30 days behind bars. over here the case was investigated by sierra leone cid and police and they all came to the conclusion that it was a suicide case. even the autopsy was witnessed by an indian doctor , chairman of indian community, indian embassy officials and indian merchants

WITHOUT PREJUDICE
It is heard that if an Indian wife dies within the first 7 years of marriage, then the husband and some of his family members can end up being locked up. This is provided that the marriage took place in India and the lady lived in India prior to the marrriage. This fact is not given in the marriage documents as being a serious point. There is no pointer to give some warning about this safeguard for the lady. The document will only say that so and so got married under the hindu act so and so or whatever other references are quoted in the marriage law. So far it is known, this locking up matter is not mentioned in that paragraph.
The IPC wordings are picked up and applied later on if problem arises. But the marriage certificate does not point to those additional provisions which the ladies can so easily use to have the guy and his side arrested. The IPC list also has provisions for the guy’s side to use when such false accusations are placed to have him and his family members arrested. So do use those facilities.
In India there is a generally accepted terminology which goes like this…..”SARKAR KUCH NAHI KAREGI”. That is whay many people give up. And to a big extent, it is very very difficult to follow up such false accusations. Why do you think many of us are not safe in India even though when right?! They normally say that the NRI or PIO is overseas and his partner is in India. Why? Many of these Indian ladies are very demanding and not able to understand the overseas methods and the easy way out is to file false accusations and hold up the guy when in India so she and her family and others can fill up the pockets. False accusations do work in India for 6-7 years when the lawyers and judges are somewhat confused as to when to end the case and the pain of it all. If you are rich like the Salat family, Dutt family etc the end can be quicker otherwise…..(U GUESS THE REST!!!)

TIME FOR SUCH TYPE OF LAW MAKERS TO SHOW THE WHITE FLAG AND ALLOW SOME OF US TO GIVE POINTS OFFICIALLY TO BE USED FOR A BETTER UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN MAN AND WOMAN WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING MARRIED.
WE DONT HATE INDIA. THIS IS ALL FOR THE LOVE OF INDIA. MANY OF US ARE NOT ABLE TO VISIT INDIA FOR SUCH FEARS OF FALSE ACCUSATIONS AND THEN HAVING TO STAY THERE FOR 6-7 YEARS WITHOUT MUCH END TO THE CASE. THE ONLY THING THAT ENDS IS THE MONEY FROM OUR POCKETS. THAT IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS METHOD.
TRY “REAL LEGAL BUSINESS” INSTEAD OF THIS “ILLEGAL BUSINESS MADE REALLY LEGAL” FOR THE SELFISH NEEDS OF SOME. I THINK I HAVE SAID SOMETHING REAL AGAIN. WHEN HEART SPEAKS QUICKLY ON PAPER, IT DOES IT THIS WAY. WHO CAN WIN SUCH CLEAR HEART ILLEGALLY? YES, THE PERSON WHO TRIED IS THERE…..ALONE…..PERHAPS WITH ANOTHER PERSON…..WHO KNOWS!!!
IF ACTION IS NOT TAKEN QUICKLY, MAN WILL GIVE MANGALSUTRA AND THE LADY WILL GIVE THE 498A DOG CHAIN TO TROUBLE NOT ONLY THE HUSBAND BUT HIS WHOLE FAMILY.
